+ T6 G0 d% K+ h7 gThe announcement involves Blackwater USA, based in Moyock near the Virginia state line in Currituck County.2 y4 e0 F& }" ?5 N( o

The Interior Ministry in Iraq says it will prosecute any foreign contractors found to have used excessive force in the incident yesterday.

The ministry says eight people were killed and 13 were wounded when security contractors working for Blackwater opened fire in a predominantly Sunni neighborhood of western Baghdad.% x: J4 ~" Y W& }# J+ n
